Receipt of Deliveries

All stock received can be reconciled to delivery documentation by style, colour, size and quantity if required.
Discrepancies or damaged stock are reported immediately to client.
Overseas container seals are checked for security and logged

Documentation can be received from clients by computer link, facsimile, telephone, e-mail or courier.
All orders to be processed are first given a distinctive "job number" which will be used to track it right through the system.
Orders are then issued to the warehouse manager for review and allocation of work.
Any ticketing, repacking or pressing required will be carried out as per specification given.
Stock will be allocated as per orders supplied.
All orders will be packed with care and attention, fragile stock will be given specific labelling to identify it as such.

Any stock unable to be supplied will be communicated to the client to allow for substitution.
Orders can either be dispatched with a packing slip or held until original invoices from client are supplied.
Computer generated consignment notes, address labels and dispatch manifests are then produced.
Orders can be dispatched by A.D.S freight service or by client designated carrier.
Daily and weekly dispatch reports can be sent to clients to confirm dispatch.

Myer, David Jones, Coles, Big-W, Best & Less, Lowes, Target, K-Mart, Rebel Sports, Adiars accredited EDI and Scan Pack solutions available including hand held PDT scanners and thermal laser printers providing barcoded product and freight labels.
Microsoft Access driven stock control system.
Fully automated windows based freight management system providing consignment notes, freight labels, priced manifests and various management reports.
Ability to batch process orders for mail order or telemarketing campaigns.
E-mail available for correspondence, receipt of orders and invoicing.
Remote access available using PC Anywhere software.
